The Beijing Yizhuang Peninsula Kindergarten, in Daxing District, Beijing is affiliated with Shenzhen Peninsula Education Group. It was founded in October 2017. As a school, it has as its focus the integration of Chinese culture with Montessori Education. It provides a comprehensive kindergarten education with a supplementary art curriculum. The Kindergarten is located in Beijing Yizhuang Cultural Industrial area, a beautiful environment which is well-equipped. The school covers an area of 3,800 m2, with 2 IC classes and 6 Casa classes, and can accommodate up to 200 children. The school has art rooms, children's reading rooms, dance classrooms and other functional areas. The outdoor activity area is spacious, has a large sports facility, and satisfies many of the child’s developmental needs, such as being close to nature. The kindergarten currently has 2 international Casa classes, with highly qualified professional teachers. The lead teachers all hold AMI certificates, and have many years of Montessori teaching experience. All the foreign teachers come from English-speaking countries with TESOL or TEFL certificates and have many years of teaching experience in China. The assistant teachers and caregivers also have teachers’ certificates. The school’s mission is to respect children’s growth, to put child development at the center of its programs, and to assist in children’s moral development.
